Hi! I’m April Cowdery, founder of The Efficiency Firm. I created this business out of a deep passion for helping businesses identify and fix their problem areas so they can achieve growth, increase company morale, work more efficiently, and see an increase in revenue.
I have a degree in Communications from University of North Florida, I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Monday.com Work Management Certified, and I have years worth of case studies proving that fixing your administrative practices - can and will fix your business pain points.
Before starting my business, I worked for different organizations in business operations support. I have created systems that collected over $1.5M in aging AR within 9 months of implementation, created a data collection process resulting in collection of $600k of unpaid invoices for services rendered, created a travel process fixing daily errors, saving the company $300k each month in unnecessary travel expenses….and much, much more.
